Join us for a virtual lunch & learn coaching session with Kristin Frade and Rosanna Tomiuk representing Novus Global. As we look to turn the page into 2025, our coaches will help guide us on how to make the most out of the upcoming year. This will focus on goal setting, managing your priorities and how to put yourself in the position to be your best self every day.

Meet Our Speakers:
Kristin Frade:
Kristin is a wife, mom, business owner, and bundt cake lover! With her Master's Degree in Sport Management and a career that started in sports advertising, the last 15 years have been spent coaching, training, and mentoring people including building a business that landed her in the top 1% of her former company.Now, as an Executive Coach with Novus Global, and faculty at the Meta Performance Institute for Coaching, she is an expert in customizing communication and seeing people as individuals contributing to the betterment of the whole. Kristin thrives off of the "a-ha" moments people get when they hear her speak. She has a gift for seeing things her clients don’t see for themselves and illuminating blind spots. Her coaching clients range from entrepreneurs to executives that are high-performing, deeply committed individuals. They come to her to find clarity in where they are and where they want to be, and then with actionable items and accountability, get there…faster.
Rosanna Tomiuk:
Rosanna Tomiuk is an executive coach and partner at Novus Global and a faculty member at The Meta Performance Institute. She is an Integral Master Coach™ and Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is certified in six psychometric assessments.Rosanna coaches executives and professional athletes to transform their view of failure and develop a Meta Performance™ mindset. Before her current career, she worked as an HR executive and was also a member of the Canadian Women’s Water Polo Team for 10 years. At seventeen, she became a Junior World Champion and continued on to win various international medals with Team Canada, including two silver medals at the Pan American Games and a silver medal at the World Aquatic Championships.
Rosanna currently lives in Montreal with her husband and two toddler sons.
