Connect with fellow professionals before heading to the game as the Hurricanes take on the Oilers on March 1. We look forward to seeing you there for an unforgettable evening!

MEET OUR PANEL:
Sara Daniel - SVP, Ticket and Premium Sales, Carolina Hurricanes
Sara Daniel is the Vice President of Sales for the Carolina Hurricanes. In her role, she oversees all ticket sales and service for the Carolina Hurricanes as well as premium sales and service for the Hurricanes and PNC Arena.
Sara has spent over 20 years in the Sports Industry. Prior to joining the Hurricanes in 2015, Sara worked for the NBA as a part of Team Marketing and Business Operations (TMBO) where she worked with NBA, WNBA and G-League teams. Before joining the NBA, she spent 14 years in Michigan where she started her career working for the Detroit Pistons and Palace Sports & Entertainment and then moved on to work for the Detroit Red Wings.
She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University. Sara played volleyball for the Buckeyes and was a part of two Big Ten Championship teams, 4 NCAA tournament teams and appeared in 2 NCAA Final Fours. She went on to receive her Master’s degree in Sport Management from UMASS Amherst.
Originally from Indianapolis, IN, Sara and her husband, Richard Lascell, currently reside in Raleigh, NC. She serves on several boards including Marbles Kids Museum and the Raleigh Chamber Women’s Leadership Board.
Morgan Weber - Director of Corporate Partnership Services, Carolina Hurricanes
Morgan is the Treasurer for the WISE Greater Raleigh chapter and the Director of Corporate Partnership Services for the Carolina Hurricanes. She previously held roles at the Durham Bulls, Blue Cross NC, and the Houston Astros.
Michaela Ashworth - Event Manager, Lenovo Center
Michaela Ashworth is a proud North Carolina native with a love for all things local, her rescue pitty (The Dude), and a good iced coffee. After graduating from East Carolina University, Michaela moved to the Triangle to serve with AmeriCorps. Her journey led her to adult education and a part-time role at the Durham Performing Arts Center, where she transitioned to full-time as an Event Manager and eventually became Director of Event Services. Michaela's passion for large-scale events took her to Lenovo Center (formerly PNC Arena), where she spent over two years in the Guest Services Manager role. Recently, she stepped into an Event Manager position, managing NCSU basketball games, concerts, comedy shows, and more. Michaela’s passion lies in making live events accessible, memorable, and fun—for both fans and staff.
Bethany Davis - Senior Director of Merchandise & Retail, Carolina Hurricanes
Originally from northeast Ohio, Bethany graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Sport Marketing from Bowling Green State University. During her time at school, she completed internships with the Beloit Snappers & Roger Dean Stadium, where she found her passion for licensed apparel. Since then, she has bought and managed retail operations for the Cleveland Indians, Browns, and Carolina Hurricanes; as well as volunteered at special events like the Indy500, Super Bowl, NFL Draft, NCAA Final Four and College Football Playoffs. In her free time, Bethany loves cheering on the Buckeyes and Guardians with her husband, two kids, and their golden retriever.

Registration includes panel, game ticket, and a $10 food voucher. For members the price is $25 and $50 for non-members. Additional concessions can be purchased at the game. Parking is not included and can be purchased in advance here.

- What do I wear? Come as you are! Most people are in business casual. Jeans are totally fine! Support the Carolina Hurricanes with some gameday gear.
- Will there be food? Food is not included. $10 concessions credit voucher is included in each ticket.
- Where do I park? Parking is not included in the ticket price. Parking can be purchased here or day of. It is cheaper to purchase parking in advanced. Carpooling is encouraged to reduce costs if possible.
- What if I don't know anyone in WISE? Don't worry! Join us for this event and we'll get you connected with the community.
