WISE Within Mentorship Applications Open Now
WISE Greater Raleigh has opened applications for its signature WISE Within mentorship program.
WISE Within connects mentors and mentees for a one-to-one curated relationship to accelerate professional and personal development. Mentees gain valuable access to industry leaders who can share knowledge and experience, while Mentors are provided with the opportunity to give back to women by guiding and empowering the future generation of leaders.
Pairings are custom selected in the hope that mentors and mentees form a strong and valuable bond. To ensure matches work for both parties, you may not always get matched.

The Greater Raleigh Chapter has supported the development of more than 40 women over the past three years. We look forward to supporting our next class of aspiring women.
TIMING

Applications are now open

Six-month program (May - October)
-
Pairs meet at least once a month (in-person or virtual)

Mentors/Mentees selected into the program are expected to attend 3 facilitated group sessions (kick-off, mid-point, and final event)
PROGRAM FORMAT

Mentee drives the direction, agenda, and outcomes of mentor meetings

WISE Within Committee provides topics and resources to drive discussion

Pairs are based on application, alignment of interests/expertise, industry overlap, and goals.
There is no additional cost to participate other than being a current WISE Greater Raleigh member. This is a great value-add to your annual WISE membership.

Mentee Participant: “The WISE Mentorship Program was an even more incredible experience than I imagined it being. This was my first time being a WISE member, so being selected to participate in the Mentorship program was huge! When matched with my mentor, I found out that we have an almost identical background. This allowed us to communicate about our experiences on a high level. She was able to share her experiences and insight and how it related to me. We were able to have conversations about where I am at in my career, new career goals, possible transitions. She provided great guidance and inspiration throughout the program and I am looking forward to continuing our relationship!”
