Jordan firmly believes that food should be enjoyed, and has the incredible power to nourish and fuel our bodies. Jordan helped us through a myth busting fact or fiction game about nutrition and also provided helpful tips for better nutritional options.
Dana Robinson - NASM Certified Personal Trainer & Health Coach
Dana believes in celebrating the body for what it can do rather than appearance, shape, or size with the primary focus on feel and function of the body. Dana helped us set realistic exercise expectations and how to utilize body neutral affirmations. Dana also helped provide actionable forms of exercise based on your interests.
Perry Fountain - LCSW & Behavioral Health Therapist
Perry helped us tackle stress management and burnout. Perry talked us through signs of burnout and how to focus on your health while managing stress.
