WISE GR Spin Class at Studio Volare - WISE Wellness

Join WISE Greater Raleigh for a night spin class at Studio Volare in Raleigh.

The Volare Method is the perfect combination of rhythm riding, intervals, choreography, and zone training, and it's basically a highly effective party on the bike!

TO REGISTER:

1. Register via the WISE event website (Register Now button to the right on this page).
   
2. Create an account on the Studio Volare site here.

Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the class. This will allow ample time to get everyone checked in, get shoes, and get fitted for their bikes.

All levels are welcome. The instructor will be sure to give a full overview of our bikes and the class prior to the ride.

Please note, if you arrive after 6:25 pm, then you will not be able to join the class.

• 6pm - Check-In, Set Up & Networking
• 6:30 pm - Class Begins

FAQs:

• Where do I park? There is a parking deck located behind/below the studio, right by the Berkshire office, and parking is available around Village District generally. 
• What do I wear? Wear moisture-wicking clothes and cycling shoes with either SPD or Delta cleats for safety reasons. Bike shoes will be available for no additional charge, or you can bring your own compatible cycling shoes. Remember to bring socks to wear!
• What time will things get started? Check-in will start at 6pm and class will start at 6:30pm. Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the class. This will allow us ample time to get everyone checked in, get shoes, and get fitted for their bikes.
• Will there be food? There will be light snacks & drinks after the class.
• What if I don't know anyone in WISE? Don't worry! Join us for this event and we'll get you connected with the community.
